Stocks are climbing this morning as the bulls shrug off a Monday pullback, betting on a strong employment report this week.
S&P 500 futures are up about one-third of a percent, following gains of more than a full percentage point in Europe. Asian indexes were little-changed overnight.
Sentiment also got a boost from economic news from the Eurozone today, with manufacturing in Germany and the wider region contracting less than feared last month. Today’s U.S. calendar focuses on factory orders for February and auto sales for March.
